1. Overview
This Cancellation and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to subscriptions and payments for Cliops made to Cliops. All rights reserved by TechnoFuzn Products Pvt. Ltd. through https://cliops.in or authorised sales channels. Payments are processed by Razorpay; refunds are initiated by us and completed by Razorpay and your bank or card issuer.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using the billing or subscription settings in your Cliops account dashboard.
- Emailing support@cliops.in from your registered account email with your clinic name and request.
- Calling +91 7600808556 during Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
Effect of cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe. After the period ends, access to paid features is downgraded or suspended according to your plan.
Cancellation requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and processed within 2 business days.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge - full refund for duplicate transactions or billing errors verified by our team.
- Service not delivered - full refund if your account was not provisioned within 24 hours of confirmed payment and we cannot resolve access within 48 hours.
- Legal requirement - refunds mandated under applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-refundable: Subscription fees for periods already elapsed, renewals cancelled after the billing date, partial-month usage after the 7-day guarantee window, and custom enterprise fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Refund timelines
Once a refund is approved:
- We initiate the refund through Razorpay within 2 business days.
- Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method.
- Funds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
- Some banks or card issuers may take up to 10 business days.
- UPI and wallet refunds may be faster; international cards may take longer.
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.Razorpay may send additional refund status notifications as required by partner banks.
5. Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for mid-cycle downgrades, pro-rated enterprise adjustments, or goodwill resolutions. Any partial refund amount will be communicated in writing before processing.
6. Free trial
The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial with no payment required. If you do not convert to a paid plan, no charge is made and no refund applies. If you upgrade during or after the trial, standard refund terms apply to the first paid charge.
7. Chargebacks & disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve legitimate disputes promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
For payment disputes, Razorpay acts as the payment facilitator; however, refund decisions for Cliops subscriptions are made by Cliops. All rights reserved by TechnoFuzn Products Pvt. Ltd. in accordance with this Policy.
8. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email support@cliops.in with:
- Registered clinic name and account email.
- Payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment ID or receipt (if available).
- Reason for the refund or cancellation request.
