Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) and Cliops. All rights reserved by TechnoFuzn Products Pvt. Ltd.(“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Cliopswebsite, applications, and clinic management software (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Service Delivery Policy, and our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

2. Definitions

• Services - the Cliops cloud software, website, mobile applications, APIs, and related support.
• Subscription - a paid or trial plan that grants access to the Services for a defined period.
• Clinic - a healthcare practice or dental clinic tenant registered on the platform.
• User - any authorised staff member (admin, dentist, receptionist, etc.) who accesses the Services under a Clinic account.

3. Services

Cliops is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) clinic operating system that helps clinics manage appointments, patient records, prescriptions, investigations, billing, follow-ups, and related workflows. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.

We may update, improve, or modify features from time to time. We will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during an active billing period without notice.

4. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of a registered clinic or healthcare business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Ensure only authorised staff access patient data.
• Comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, and medical record laws.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security incident.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Trial plans are offered for a limited period as described on our pricing page. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current rate.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

6. Payments

Online payments on https://cliops.in are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with Razorpay’s terms and applicable PCI DSS standards.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets as enabled by Razorpay. Payment failures may result in suspension of access until successful payment.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security measures.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services without consent.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Misrepresent your identity, clinic credentials, or affiliation.

8. Data & privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For patient and clinical data entered by your clinic, you remain the data controller and we act as a data processor on your instructions.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Cliops. All rights reserved by TechnoFuzn Products Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during an active subscription. You retain ownership of data you upload.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practicable. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party infrastructure failures.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliops. All rights reserved by TechnoFuzn Products Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Cliops is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. For disputes, contact us via our Contact page.
