Shipping Policy

Cliops is a cloud-based software service. This policy explains how we deliver digital access to the platform after you subscribe - there is no physical shipment of goods.

In short: Cliops is delivered digitally. After successful payment, your clinic account is provisioned and you receive login credentials or an activation link by email - typically within minutes. No physical products are shipped.

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) describes how Cliops. All rights reserved by TechnoFuzn Products Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) delivers access to Cliops, a subscription-based clinic management software product. Because Cliopsis a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering, all “delivery” is digital - there are no physical goods, parcels, or courier shipments involved.

This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through https://cliops.in or via invoices processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.

2. Digital delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, we provision a secure cloud environment for your clinic tenant. Delivery consists of:

  • Activation of your clinic account on the Cliops platform.
  • Email confirmation with login instructions sent to your registered email address.
  • Access to the web application and, where applicable, mobile applications.
  • Documentation and onboarding resources to help your team get started.

3. Account activation

For self-serve sign-ups, account activation is automatic once payment is confirmed by Razorpay. You will receive an email at the address provided during checkout with steps to set your password and access the dashboard.

For enterprise or multi-clinic (Platform) plans, our team will contact you within one (1) business day to coordinate tenant setup, user provisioning, and any custom onboarding requirements agreed in your order.

4. Onboarding & setup

Starter and Clinic plans include self-service onboarding: you can register patients, configure clinic settings, and invite team members immediately after activation. Platform plans include guided onboarding with dedicated support as described in your commercial agreement.

  • Configure clinic profile, letterhead, and user roles.
  • Import or manually add patient records.
  • Invite dentists, receptionists, and administrators.
  • Book a demo or support call via our Contact page if needed.

5. How you access Cliops

Cliops is accessible through:

  • Modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and tablet.
  • Dedicated mobile applications where available for iOS and Android.
  • Secure HTTPS connections with encrypted data in transit and at rest.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, a stable internet connection, and up-to-date browsers to use the Services.

6. Delivery timelines

  • Starter / Clinic plans - digital access is typically available within 15 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases (payment verification delays or technical issues), activation may take up to 24 hours.
  • Free trial - immediate access upon email verification, without payment.
  • Platform / custom plans - provisioning within 1–5 business days after signed agreement and initial payment, as coordinated with our team.

If you do not receive activation instructions within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at support@cliops.in with your order or payment reference.

7. Geographic availability

Cliops is primarily designed for clinics operating in India and supports Indian payment methods through Razorpay. The platform may be accessed internationally via the web, subject to local laws and data regulations. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on our Pricing page.

8. Delivery support

If you experience issues accessing your account after purchase, our support team will assist you within 24 hours on business days. Contact us via email or phone during Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.

Delivery-related disputes (e.g., failure to receive account access) are handled under our Cancellation & Refunds Policy and our support process on our Contact page.
