Get an operational and financial overview of your clinic's activity: patient trends, appointment outcomes, treatments, and revenue.
What is the Analytics module?
Analytics gives you a dashboard of key clinic metrics over a selected time period. It helps clinic owners and admins understand how the clinic is performing: how many patients were seen, what treatments were most common, when the clinic is busiest, and financial summaries.

Opening Analytics
Web App: Click Analytics in the left sidebar.
Mobile App: Tap Analytics from the bottom tab bar.
Date Range Filter
All analytics data is filtered by a date range. Use the preset buttons to quickly change the period:

All charts and KPIs update automatically when you change the date range.
KPI Cards (At a Glance)
The top of the Analytics screen shows four key numbers:

| Total Invoiced | Total amount billed to patients in the period |
| Total Collected | Amount actually received / paid |
| Outstanding Balance | Invoiced minus collected |
| New Patients | Number of new patients registered in the period |
Financial Charts

| Revenue Trend | Day-by-day or week-by-week revenue over the period |
| Revenue by Payment Method | Breakdown of how patients paid (cash, card, UPI, etc.) |
| Revenue by Procedure | Which treatments generated the most revenue |

Tips for Using Analytics
- Check busiest times to plan staff scheduling and avoid bottlenecks.
- Revenue by procedure helps identify your most profitable treatments.
