Reports & Print

Find and access all generated documents for any patient: clinical letterpad outputs, prescription reports, invoices, and uploaded investigation files: in one place.

What is the Reports section?

The Reports section is a central document hub for the clinic. It lets you search for any patient and view all documents linked to their Appointments:

  • Clinical reports (letterpad / diagnosis summaries)
  • Medicine / prescription reports
  • Invoices (billing)
  • Uploaded documents (X-rays, PDFs, images)

This is the go-to place when you need to retrieve, view, or print any document for a patient without having to navigate into individual Appointments.

Web App only. The Reports section is currently available on the web app.

Accessing Reports

Web App: Click Reports in the left sidebar.

The Reports index page opens: it shows a searchable patient list.

Searching for a Patient

  1. Use the search bar to find the patient by:
    • Name
    • Mobile number
    • Patient code (ID)
    • All (searches across all fields)
  2. Results appear in a paginated list (10 patients per page).
  3. Click the patient's name to open their report list.

Search results update automatically as you type (with a short debounce). Results are paginated if there are many matches.

Patient Report List

Once you open a patient from the search results, you see a table of all documents linked to that patient across all their Appointments, sorted by date (newest first).

Each row in the table shows:

TitleDocument name or description (e.g. "Appointment 20 Jul · diagnosis · 2 files")

  • Finding an invoice: Use Reports → patient → filter by Invoice type, rather than navigating to the billing section.
  • Retrieving an X-ray: Use Reports → patient → filter by Uploaded document to find any previously uploaded investigation.
